Easy to fly very stable and the camera quality is great if your taking videos or pictures. Smart modes makes flying a breeze.

We're using this in the workplace to capture images of construction projects. The owners manual lacks an explanation of some features. Yet, this is a well-performing drone, especially at this price.

very easy to fly if you read the instructions. there is a lag from the camera to the controller and the yaw is kind of unsteady after getting used to that its a nice camera to add to your arsenal

This is extremely fragile, the battery only lasts for 20 minutes at a time, our landing leg broke due to it automatically landing to fast which is a massive upset but we had to order a new piece.

Screen isn't bright enough. Controller loses connect on the screen. The battery did last but 16 minutes out of the box and after flying 3 times the battery stop charging completely. I'm going to sell this for dirt cheep and buy me a mavic

This drone is amazing for the price. Beats the DJI Phantom for the price and has better quality video. Easy to fly!

Easy to setup and begin using right away, takes little bit to get used to flying if never done before but easy enough. Only complaint is short battery life but looking at reviews/specs on most drones none are very long lasting.

This has been the easiest aircraft I've flown. I will say that as soon as you can, get out of Smart mode and learn to fly in Angle mode. They are a heck of alot of fun but PLEASE use common sense and don't fly stupid and ruin it for other drone fliers......Follow the rules and you can have a pile of fun...Plus get some dang good video and pics to boot!!!! Enjoy!

I really enjoyed this yuneec q500 drone. Great to fly and love camera functions and quality. The only thing I found wrong with this product is on 2 different occasions I went to fly it is pushed the control forward away from me and it went side ways. The first time it did this is had to turn everything off and back on and it worked fine. The second time it did this it crashed. They did make it up so I thank Best Buy for that. But they had sold me the VR headset and it does not even work with that drone at all.

I bought this nice drone because of the camera and it's style. The drone flys and handle great.

Purchased this item Nov. 20, 2015. I purchased the drone and one extra battery. It was Dec of 2016 I had just made sure both batteries were fully charged and was out showing my granddaughters what the drone could do. I had only had it up about 2 min when all of a sudden the viewer showed critical battery and then the rotors just quit. It was at an altitude of about 100 ft. I had low battery before but there was always time to safely bring the drone in long before the battery just quit....I am going to pursue this with the manufacturer also . To replace the damaged parts will cost more than I would pay for a new drone!!!!

we purchased the drone a few weeks ago and are trying to get used to using all the functions. right now the only complaint is the battery life. you definitely need to have an extra if not two extra batteries around.
