Caught fire after 3 months!

I loved it at first but after this last cook and the service I received I will never look at Z Grills again. I cleaned this smoked every couple uses and always followed the startup procedure. After 3 months of use my last cook caught the hopper on fire after only 10 minutes of use and had to use a fire extinguisher to put out the flame coming from the full hopper. Customer service blamed wet pellets at first but I explained that the night it caught fire it was placed outside where it later rained. They then said there were gaps between chimney and chamber lid creating back flow of air.... I assembled this unit per the instructions so if a bolt bottoms out and tightens leaving a gap I believe that'd fall back on the design not the consumer assembling. Complete loss of purchase and left me stranded without a grill before a party.
