My mirror arrived with a defective screw in the swing arm. Never installed it because of loose arm from threads stripped on screw. Sent back but could not exchange because of being out of stock. Best Buy refunded my purchase.

Manufactured Poorly

Bought the first one took it home and as I was installing it the swing arm screw fell out. ( Threads were striped out). Returned it and ordered another one. One week later my replacement came in. went out to the car and decided to inspect this new one to find out it had the same issue. Got my money back.
