Best Buy stands behind this product and will replace it if you have any problems. I have dropped my old and my new phone many times and the screen always looks brand new when I pick it up holding my breath! This is a very well made product and once you use it you will always want it if you get a new phone or possibly have a problem.

Protects the phone but the glass will break..

My Rokform case was fine but not the shield. Grateful that Bestbuy has a replace warranty since it’s only a few months old.
