    I dropped my phone face down on a cement sidewalk with loose stones on top, opening a store door. The screen protector was chipped and had several cracks across the whole screen. I took the phone to Best Buy, and they gave me a new one, only using my phone number, since my receipt was at home. The customer service representative was friendly and efficient. Only took 5 minutes.
