I purchased this from the Best Buy website. When it arrived, the package was opened and “inspected” by by best. Like someone either returned this product & Best Buy “inspected” it and sent it out or it was just a return that they just sent me. Either way- not the quality I was expecting from Best Buy. I purchased the glass product for my phone and no where did it say it was a used product or previously opened. See pictures attached. I called the 1800 # and was told Best Buy couldn’t do anything about it and I should contact ZAGG directly. I did contact ZAGG and they said I would have to file a claim and pay separate S&H. Overall, this wasn’t the best experience I’ve had and it’s unfortunate. I ended up going to ZAGG directly and purchasing one from them discarding the Best Buy product.

Sure it protects my screen but it covers my speaker, at first i thought my phone was broken so i had to talk on speaker all the time but upon further inspection its the screen protector.i was tocking with this thing for almost a month before I realized

Better for your eyes! Hard to crack, protects my screen well! Make sure to get the one-time $7.99 Geek Squad installation for Zagg screen protectors so if it breaks, Best Buy will swap it out for the same item and reinstall it for free, which is easier than sending it back to the manufacturer and having to wait for a replacement. That installation is only good for the Zagg brand (some say Invisible Shield on the front, but they’re still Zagg.) And if you’re a Totaltech subscriber, the installation is always free!

Works as advertised, long time user of the Zagg Screen Protector, protects screen as advertised, Best Buy employees have always applied the protector to the best of their ability and it is rare that I have a protector be applied with any air pocket issues, misaligned and or dust/particles noticeable to bring concern but if it did arise it would be corrected without hesitation. Thank you Best Buy!

I’ve been using Zagg screens for almost 10 years. The installation gets easier every time. This is yet another new design. It fits over the phone very easily and you really can’t mess it up. Also this blue light shield was perfect. I can’t tell any difference between this and the prior screen in terms of clarity. Very happy with this purchase.

The built in bluelight filtering is amazing. I am extremely sensitive to blue light and have actually noticed a difference with the use of this product. Ive dropped my phone a few times and not even a scratch. Zagg screen protectors are absolutely amazing and the lifetime warranty for thenphone is stellar!

This screen protector is easy to install, fits perfectly and is excellent quality. It is actually my second one as a warranty replacement for the first one that cracked. But it protected my screen as guaranteed!

This screen protector can take a lot and I mean crazy physical damage and still keep your screen shiny and scratch free. With having a 2yr old and a 4 yr old, I don't even know where to begin when we are talking about what my phone has been through but all i can say is every time i pick up my phone with that (oh boy that one did it) feeling, I'm amazed that only the screen protector took the crack, and/or scratches its crazy! If you have this product you know exactly what i mean. I woul recommend this product a thousand times over!

This has been the best iPhone screen protector I have ever paid for. The durability on this is crazy. I will say it is a bit pricey. With that being said I am really happy with the product & I can notice the increase scratch resistance.

It’s an excellent product, compare to other cheap brands. You can tell and feel the difference. Clean sleek look and with superb clarity…with life time warranty with free replacement. No brainer…

Literally have used ZAGG screen protectors most of my life with iPhones and they've been the best with the Glass+ which in my experience they don't shatter that easily. but they make it even better with the Blue Light Filter, great for kids that are mostly on their phone all day and don't hurt their eyes from all the Blue UV filters. and best of all, when they do break. They have a lifetime warranty for the screen protector, all you have to do is just register the product and the moment the protector shatters. Just order a new one from ZAGG and you get a replacement screen protector for almost no cost.

Zagg is a fantastic product and it’s guaranteed for life. My husband and I use thee Zagg protection on all our phones and after dropping our phones on several occasions we have never had a problem

Love the blue light filter screen for added protection. Great quality snd so easy to install. May cost alittle more than some screen protectors but it’s well worth it. Plus it has a warranty alone with it.

These are my favorite screen protectors. Lifetime warrenty is great. Did experience stock issues in best buy several times and depending on who was working they may or may not honor the warranty based on if they had the exact product match in stock.
