These things break all the time...I'm constantly getting a replacement screen protector. Granted, I drop my phone OCCASIONALLY -- but these shatter/lift/splinter more than any other screen protector brand I've ever had. It's great that Best Buy has the unlimited replacement but is it worth it if it's breaking on me every month or so? The application and alignment kit is easy to use so it's got that going for it.

After a couple of days with the screen protector on my phone is started to get air bubbles between the screen and the screen protector.

Didn’t even last 24hrs from walking out the store. Less than 4 feet and it cracked.

I really like the screen protector. The only issue I had was that I had paid for the screen protector and paid for the warranty to be able to get it replaced in store when I needed to but they just changed there policy that now they no longer can replace it in store and it has to go through the manufacturer and you have to replace it yourself.

The installation process was straightforwarod and hassle-free. The package included a detailed instruction manual, cleaning wipes, and an alignment tool, making it easy to apply the screen protector without any bubbles or misalignment. which was a relief. I also dropped my phone 3 times after installing this screen protector and not a single scratch or scuff meaning this screen protector is well worth the money I recommend it!

I am hard on phones/cases/screen protectors, so I Geek Squad protection on all of my Best Buy purchases. I have replaced my ZAGG Screen Protector at least twice in the past year...NOT because it's a poor product. I'm just clumsy and tend to drop my phone at the precise angle/altitude that is detrimental to screen protectors. THANKFULLY, the ZAGG Defense Screen Protector always does its job!!! Saved my phone twice. AND bonus -- having Geek Squad, replacement is at no cost to me!!! Worth every penny!!!
