Not sure if the glass is thinner but I have had to get my glass replaced 2 Times in one month because of cracks before the glass Would last years with out cracking

The product installation was awkward and unclear. The product itself had already developed micro scratches, one deep enough to see a pixel rainbow.

Came off the first day I had phone. I was taking the case off and it came off, easily. They mentioned that geek squad will put it back on since I have the total care package.

For the lowest quality screen protector it definitely lives up to being exactly that. The cheapest and bottom tier worst kind of screen protector. Not necessarily bestbuys fault though, not blaming them at all. It just happened to be the highest available for whatever reason the zagg brand i usually get which was the top best keeps getting discontinued.

I gave this 3 stars because it cracked within having it just 3 weeks. I would have given it a 1 star but the fact that BB replaced it for free gave it 3.

Breaks easy but I can get replaced at best buy and a new one

The screen protector had a nice application process which was simple and easy to follow, although it seemed study it broke on like the second drop.

Are they ever going to change? This iOS is getting a little tired, but ill stick with it because it is very reliable, just works, and im too invested in the ecosystem

Very hard too put in yourself. I followed the instructions and had huge air bubbles. I would pay the extra fee to have an employee do it.

It will randomly crack for no reason within days of getting it put on your phone. One day you will look down and your $40 screen protector will be cracked for no reason. Good thing there are free replacements, I literally just wasted my time getting this one put on and it needs replaced again.

Not impressed. Was a huge Zagg fan before I found Amazon and truthfully I am not impressed with the quality and the screen protector for the price.

Had it a week. It fell put of my pocket and cracked at the bottom. I guess it did its job, but for the price.. I coud’ve gotten one way cheaper…

cracked very quickly originally bought a better phone screen protector with free replacement but best buy does not seem to stock this better product - not happy

The screen took less than a day to show the same scratches. After 1 week I had chips in the screen protector with shards of sharp plastic.

These screen protectors break easily and last about a week before i need another one

Had to replace it within a month. It was cracked on the side.

It's okay but there needs to be changes to fit the glass comfortably.
