decent phone so far. I especially give the 5 stars to the customer service experience at the store. Came in with a fried phone and tbe guy went above and beyond to help me get back up and running. Usually always a great customer service experience at Best Buy. One of the main reasons I continually shop there.

It seems to be working ok. I am very low tech, so I have to take things slow until I get it. Bianca really helped me get some of it set up. She actually stayed over when she was supposed to get off work to help me. She was great! I think that she should get a raise!
