Easy to Install, Provides Good Protection

This is a relatively simple piece of hardware, so there is not a lot to say. Personally, while the lenses on the iPhone are designed to be scratch resistant, I do like the idea of having some type of protection on them. Ultimately, if the protection suffers damage, it is easy enough to replace. The same cannot be said for the lenses themselves.
In that regard, this protector works great. The installation was very easy. Included in the box are some simple cleaning supplies to help ensure the lenses are clean and smudge free before installation. Once the lenses are ready, all you need to do is pull the protective plastic off the lens protectors, apply to the camera, give it a good push, and then pull the backing off. That's all there is to it. Initially, when looking at the lens protectors, I was a little worried that my iPhone case would no longer fit because it is somewhat snug against the lenses. That concern proved to be unwarranted, however, and my iPhone case still fit without a problem. Honestly, if I was not the one who installed the protectors, I would not even know they are there.
I assume the protectors adhere well because the package included a tool to help remove the protectors. I have had them on for about a month now without any problems. As far as I can tell, there is no impact to the quality of photos I am taking.
So, easy install, simple and minimalistic design, no degradation to image quality, and my camera lenses are now protected. Multiple wins with no losses from my perspective.

It’s the Little Things

I recently picked up the Glass Elite Camera Rings Lens Protector, and it’s been one of those little upgrades that actually gives me peace of mind every time I set my phone down. I use my phone constantly for photos and work, so protecting the camera lenses felt overdue — especially with how much they stick out on newer models.
Installation was super easy. It comes with everything you need to clean and align the rings perfectly, and once they’re on, they look like part of the phone. The fit is tight and clean — no awkward gaps or dust getting trapped underneath.
What I like most is that it doesn’t mess with photo quality. I tested it in bright light and low light, and the images still look crisp with natural color. There’s a slight bit of extra reflection when shooting toward bright lights, but nothing major. The glass feels sturdy and has a nice anti-reflective coating that keeps it looking clear instead of cloudy or scratched up.
I’m the type to toss my phone into my pocket or bag with my keys, and since adding this protector, I’ve stopped worrying about scratching the lenses. It’s also held up well to everyday drops and surface slides.
If you use your phone a lot for photos or just want to keep the camera bump looking fresh, the Glass Elite Camera Rings are a smart pickup. They add barely any bulk, look premium, and actually do what they’re supposed to — protect your lenses without compromising your shots.

I’ve trusted Zagg for screen protection for a while. There are so many cheap options out there, but they aren’t reliable. I’m one to spend a bit more at the beginning and then have a quality product that lasts rather than replacing cheap products over and over. This is the first phone I’ve had where I’ve used lens protectors. On my old phone, I had a border on the case around the cameras that seem to do the trick most of the time. But bumps to the camera are common and I wanted a bit more protection, so went with Zagg. Installation was simple enough, they lined up perfectly with the camera lenses on my iPhone 17 Pro, and once in place, they’re pretty sleek. Not invisible but not super noticeable. There’s no distortion, no haze, and no loss of photo quality that I could tell. The anti-reflective coating really does help cut down glare in bright light, which makes a difference if you take a lot of outdoor shots or video.
It also feels incredibly durable, which I was a little worried about. I bought individual covers for my mom’s phone (different brand), and they were junk. These have stayed on well for me, even when I’ve dropped my phone.
If you want something that protects your lenses without compromising your photos, this is an easy recommendation. It’s one of those accessories you forget is there — until you’re glad it is… which frankly does justify the price I my opinion.

Recently, I received my new Zagg Glass Elite Anti-Reflective Lens Protectors for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Zagg has built a loyal customer base over the years, known for its phone cases, screen protectors, and lens cases. Applying these lens protective covers is incredibly easy and almost foolproof. Simply unpack the covers and use the included cleaning wipe to clean your lenses. Then, use the cleaning cloth to wipe the lenses clean, and finally, use the dust remover sticker to ensure no fibers are left behind. Once everything is clean, peel off the back cover that holds the lenses in place and gently but firmly apply the lens covers over the lenses after aligning them correctly. And that’s it! I’ve been using these anti-reflective lens covers for about two weeks now, and I haven’t noticed any issues when taking pictures. I’m usually very careful with my iPhones because they’re quite expensive, and so far, I’ve never cracked or busted a camera lens. Therefore, I highly recommend these to anyone who’s prone to accidents. They could help save you money on potential costly repairs in the future.

First time I am ever trying ZAGG products. I really appreciate that they took time to design their products even from the unboxing experience. Just this lets me know this is a quality product.
Personally, I’ve never really put lens protectors on my phones but wanted to try it out because I am planning on rocking my phone sometimes without a case (I have AppleCare), and so I wanted to protect the lens because this is where the phone rests when its placed on its back. Surprisingly, the lens protector actually looks kind of cool and they also work with my slim case, so I don’t have to be taking them off when I go want to put a case.
Overall, I was excited to see that the lens does not have a negative impact on the picture quality, it doesn’t have a glare or add a darkness to the camera lens, it’s as if the protector is not there, so this was a great relief because this was probably by biggest concern.
I would recommend this to anyone looking to add some protection to your lenses if you’re rocking a case or without a case. It also looks cool specially if you have a black case!

Very Nice Lens Protectors

The Zagg Camera Lens Protectors are very nice lens protectors that are easy to apply and offer nice protection. These lens protectors are made to fit the iPhone 15, 16, and 17 Pro/Pro Max camera lenses. They come pre-set on a little applicator pad, and include cleaning cloths to clean the lenses before application. Application is relatively simple. You calean your lenses, as mentioned, and then peel off the plastic on the protectors, then just line them up with your phone's lenses and press down. It's really simple. The plastic applicator can also be used to remove the lens protectors later, if needed. Once the protectors are applied, it's hard to tell they are even on. My phone still fits in my case with no issues and pictures still look great. I am very happy with these lens protectors. I have always been a little anxious that I would scratch my camera lenses when placing my phone down on a hard surface. Now I can rest my mind at ease knowing I have these protectors on. I would definitely recommend for anyone with the same concerns.

Protection without Affecting Picture Quality

Although I’ve only once used lens protectors for my iPhones – from the first iPhone to the latest iPhone 17 – I never had broken or scratched lens. The reason why I have avoided using this kind of protector is that they tend to create color aberration and other issues. But I understand the risk of not using one, so I decided not to play with luck anymore and try a protector from a brand that is known for quality.
Since I applied them, which was very easy to do, I have taken a few pictures and have not seen any noticeable artifacts. Pictures look as sharp as they would be without. The anti-reflective coating is most likely one of the reasons why you still get nice pictures. That means that ZAGG did some research before manufacturing them and we should all appreciate that.
Unless an issue arises in the future which I don’t expect, going forward I will always use lens protectors and ZAGG will be my brand of choice for that. It gives me confidence that my photos and videos will still come out as nice as I expect while protecting one of the most important parts of my iPhone.

Protect the main reason you bought an iPhone 17!

I upgrade my iPhone every 2 years, so I'm always keen to take extra care of it. This means case, screen protector, and lens protectors. You make them I am paranoid, but if you throw your phone in the same pocket as your house keys, you will be bound to scratch your iPhone lens unless you add protectors. The ZAGG Lens Protection Kit for the iPhone 17 Pro Max work more like a screen protector, attaching to each lens itself (unlike other kits which can be bulky and are effectively a case for the lens). Installation is easy, wipe down your lens with the included wipes and then align the protection kit and press down - voilla! done. The protectors are barely visible, have no impact on your photography, and were a perfect fit with my after market case. As for why you should by these ZAGG lens protectors instead of others, and the main reason I buy ZAGG to begin with, is they come with a lifetime replacement warranty. So for 2 years, I have peace of mind that my iPhone camera lenses are protected and if something were to happen, ZAGG has my back.

Does the job, but are they really needed?

I am not sure where to begin here. Zagg makes these lens protectors because they're always focused on giving you protective cover for just about every surface of your phone. With proper use of their products you could keep you shiny new iPhone Pro practically shrink-wrapped from harm and any malevolence that could possibly ever cross its path and it would emerge unscathed.
There is only one reason I can think to use these lens protectors, as the glass in the lenses is Sapphire Crystal and very difficult to damage or scratch with normal use, but the framing around the new lenses is back to being Aluminum - Like the cheaper iPhones have been - And those rims around the lenses are well protected by these little protection rings.
If you use your phone anywhere there's puncture or pierce risk for the lenses, like rocky areas or areas there the phone could be dropped in rough terrain where a lens could be broken, cracked or damaged on concrete or stone, these will assist in protecting them. They wouldnt be nearly as necessary if Apple hadn't abandoned titanium in the latest iPhone Pro series for the material their cheaper watches and phones are made out of, which almost always take damage as one of the softest materials to make a phone out of.
I recommend these if you're hard on your cameras, or if you live a life of adventure, or you're worried about scratching/banging up the rims around the lenses. They work well for that purpose and I didnt notice any glare changes when using them, even in sunny conditions.
