Loved It… Until It Started Cracking Like a Drama Series I genuinely love this screen protector—especially the privacy feature. It’s like having sunglasses for your phone, and it’s been great for keeping nosy folks from peeking at my texts. BUT… I bought it about two months ago, and now the bottom of the screen is cracking like it’s trying to escape my phone. Not ideal. I’ll be contacting support to see what the return or warranty process looks like, and I’ll update once I hear back. Fingers crossed this gets sorted, because I really wanted this to be my ride-or-die screen protector.

This was an excellent purchase. Not only does it protect my privacy but even more important, the company's warranty is great. Whenever the screen protector gets cracked, the replacement is seamless. My entire family have been using this on our phones for years

Maytag washer snags clothes and causes runs. Have to contact Maytag/Whirlpool not Best Buy to fix.

I am very clumsy, and almost always drop my phone, and no cracks on my actual phone screen have surfaced, the screen protector takes all the damage!

I got this about a month ago, but it cracked after an accidental drop during the first week of use. If you need a more heavy-duty protector with better longevity, this probably isn't the best choice.

It works as promised. I used a similar protector from another brand, and in comparison, this one scores lower on the visual security feature but higher on the usability - doesn’t dim the screen. This is because it has a clear cut-out that allows the cameras to see as if the screen was not there. It looks, well annoying; but it does work. Viewing from the side angles is ok, like I said not as good as the previous screen I had. Using the screen yields an experience akin to not having the screen which is nice. Using face unlock works every time and in every light due to the cut-out. This is a major plus. My old protector had issues with this. It’s expensive. More expensive than my previous unit. That’s a minus. In the end, I will keep this screen protector because of the ease of use.

This product is great when it comes to privacy coverage. However it is easy to break.

One of the best privacy screen protectors out there. Comes with everything needed for a quick, clean installation. After reading directions the protector was installed in minutes.

The privacy filter works well. It should be a hair larger, in a low lighted area the brightness from the screen glares through the edges where the protector fails to cover. The screen protector itself is extremely fragile and breaks at the slightest contact with anything harder than French cut green beans. The only saving grace is the guarantee, allowing you to break the protector every day and exchange it for a new one.

Great for privacy; protection is not as well as the previous versions of this type of glass. A few drops and once the screen protector is chipped on the side(s) the crack spreads across the face of the protective screen; after that it loses its integrity. Still a decent product but recommend making it stronger to last longer or reduce the current cost for this screen protector.
