I have used Zagg shields from 2018 to 2025 up until May of this year. I was in a hurry and got one from the AT&T store and it cracked within 2 days. Big mistake. But buying the Zagg protectors from Best Buy, I've had much better product quality and customer service experience with Best Buy as well! And with an installation fee of only $8 (free for me since I'm a Best Buy Total Rewards member), it's super convenient, and any time it cracks, they'll replace it for free in store! I'll never go with anything but a Zagg from Best Buy!

When I got home from the store and put my new phone case on I noticed my screen protector was cracked straight through the middle . Now I have to waste gas and go back . Also not knowing if they have them in stock.

This screensaver started to disintegrate at the corner of my screen - literally crumbled. It has only been in my pocket or purse - It has cracks at the bottom - I have no idea where they came from. This is the worst screensaver I have ever used. It was installed one month ago.

I went in to get a screen protector done because it was cracked, and instead of removing the old one they just replaced a new one over the broken one. When we went up to confront them about it, and they were rude and said it was already broken.

Nice clear protector. Seems durable. The one I had before this held up well until I dropped it on a sharp stone in some gravel. But it did protect the phone screen underneath.

I dropped my phone face down on the driveway and it cracked my prior ZAGG screen protector (not the phone) that I had put on at Best Buy when I got my phone. It was a less expensive ZAGG screen protector, but did the job. When I went to Best Buy to get a replacement I upgraded to this ZAGG screen protector. It has great clarity, doesn't show fingerprints, offers stronger protection and many other features. Was worth the extra $10 I had to pay to upgrade to this one. Would recommend. ZAGG's warranty is the best!

For years I've used another brand but went with ZAGG for my new iPhone 16 Pro purchased in November 2024. PROS: Love that it goes almost to the edges of the phone's glass--it butts up against the phone case with what feels like a bevel. My previous other brand left a visible 3mm gap on the edges and the edges were sharp, so dust collected there. This glass doesn't collect debris, and is very smooth--no finger 'sticking' or resistance when swiping. Clarity is great--no impact on the images displayed. Best Buy installed it but looked easy and there were no bubbles. CONS: while it took the impact of multiple drops on carpet and maybe a few on hardwood floors over the last 4 months, the first time I dropped it face-down on a hard-edged surface, it shattered. The drop was only about 15 inches from my hand to the edge of an open wood drawer. I do have a 'military-grade' case on the phone, and the drop was a flat impact to the case edges, but for some reason it crunched the shield glass on the 2 long edges, with a series of cracks spanning those spots. To be fair, the ZAGG shield DID protect the phone glass itself, which is the goal, but for the price, surprised it didn't last longer. It also remained intact on the phone for another week (didn't flake off) while I awaited the replacement. Luckily, Best Buy replaced it for free under the warranty, so I'm not at a $ loss. We'll see how long this second one lasts. I'd probably purchase it again based on the 'pros', as long as it protects the phone itself and the warranty is honored when it does break.

Sadly I've dropped my phone a few times face down, but this screen protector always saves the day! It does exactly what it's designed to do - super tough screen protector and no cracks to my phone screen! I always buy this brand each time I upgrade my phone.

Easy to install, fits perfectly, and the screen still looks and feels great. It’s been on my phone for a while now and has held up well with everyday use but cracks somewhat easily i feel.

I really wanted to like this screen protector, but unfortunately, the durability just isn't there. I purchased the pack in March 2025, and I'm already on my third one. I handle my phone with care and haven't dropped it, but the protectors seem to crack or lift at the edges far too easily with normal use. Installation is easy and it looks good once applied — no bubbles, nice clarity, and smooth touch. But for something that's supposed to protect my screen, I expected it to last much longer. The good things it’s lifetime warranty.
