Strong screen protector that has lasted me well but the best part of this being that I get unlimited warranties with this product. Ive redeemed said unlimited warranty 3 times. Application process is fast and easy, and each time I’ve been helped by friendly workers. All around incredible experience.

I have used Zagg shields from 2018 to 2025 up until May of this year. I was in a hurry and got one from the AT&T store and it cracked within 2 days. Big mistake. But buying the Zagg protectors from Best Buy, I've had much better product quality and customer service experience with Best Buy as well! And with an installation fee of only $8 (free for me since I'm a Best Buy Total Rewards member), it's super convenient, and any time it cracks, they'll replace it for free in store! I'll never go with anything but a Zagg from Best Buy!

When I got home from the store and put my new phone case on I noticed my screen protector was cracked straight through the middle . Now I have to waste gas and go back . Also not knowing if they have them in stock.

This screensaver started to disintegrate at the corner of my screen - literally crumbled. It has only been in my pocket or purse - It has cracks at the bottom - I have no idea where they came from. This is the worst screensaver I have ever used. It was installed one month ago.

I went in to get a screen protector done because it was cracked, and instead of removing the old one they just replaced a new one over the broken one. When we went up to confront them about it, and they were rude and said it was already broken.

I really wanted to like this screen protector, but unfortunately, the durability just isn't there. I purchased the pack in March 2025, and I'm already on my third one. I handle my phone with care and haven't dropped it, but the protectors seem to crack or lift at the edges far too easily with normal use. Installation is easy and it looks good once applied — no bubbles, nice clarity, and smooth touch. But for something that's supposed to protect my screen, I expected it to last much longer. The good things it’s lifetime warranty.

Nice clear protector. Seems durable. The one I had before this held up well until I dropped it on a sharp stone in some gravel. But it did protect the phone screen underneath.

Great cover and easy to install. Zagg has a good warranty policy, however they may run out of stock and force you to "upgrade" covers. You just pay shipping.

Originally I had a different non-Zagg screen protector installed on my phone when I purchased the 16 Pro a few months ago from my cell phone provider. In mid October my phone fell from the kitchen counter, a distance of about 30 inches. It landed on the bottom of the phone where the charging port is, and the screen protector cracked (thankfully no damage to the phone, it had a case on it as well). I went back to my cell phone provider, they didn't offer any type of discount for a new screen protector, I would have to pay full replacement cost. No thanks. I should have stuck with Zagg from Best Buy. I've been using Zagg screen protectors for years with my previous devices. I like Best Buy's policy - if I buy this from BB, and they install it, they will cover the cost of a new screen protector if the current one cracks or breaks. Make sure to keep emails as proof of purchase of the screen protector and the install just in case. And don't remove the damaged screen protector, let Best Buy see the damaged one and they will remove it and replace it. The Best Buy associate installed the screen protector for a few bucks, It's great, no issues. I also switched to a thicker more protective phone case, currently using a UAG Pathfinder case on the phone. There is no issue with the side edges of the Pathfinder interfering, lifting, or coming in contact with the screen protector. And the UAG case is great as well. There is a higher end Zagg XTR4 screen protector which does offer better protection and filters blue light, but I read in several reviews that this protector can alter and dim the screen's color. Besides, iPhones have the capability to change the display to a lower Kelvin rating with Night Shift. Sometimes the more affordable and midrange option is better. Also in the many years I have been using Zagg screen protectors, I have not had one crack or break, but I have always used thicker more protective cases instead of the thinner profile case I originally purchased from the cell phone carrier. Live and Learn. Thinner is not always better, and that applies to Oreo cookies as well.
