I am on the fence with this product. the employee almost insisted I get the screen protector, specifically because it comes with free replacements for the life of the phone. I have had the phone with this screen protector for 2 months. I have already replaced it once and I need to go replace it again. Normal wear & tear and its gets a bad scratch or cracks. If not for the free replacement, I would be giving this product zero stars and demanding my moey back.

Zagg Invisible Shield are the best screen protectors and Best Buy already replaced mine once after I got a crack in mine, it's very cheap to replace like $8 or so.
