Best Buy decided that they now want to charge $8 per replacement, for an item that has always been free replacements. ON TOP of that, they told me they no longer make the correct one for the iPhone 16 Pro, the $25 protector, and up charged an extra $10. This took forever, I was in the store for easily over an hour. Usually I am in and out within 5 minutes.

Employ es are always knowledgeable and polite, show patience. We are in our early 60s and we are happy with our phones it the glass cover is diffuse to keep perfect condition.

This screen protector is okay if you don’t carry your phone. I just cracked my third one in three months. The first two cracked in my pocket, not sure how exactly. The most recent one cracked after a face-down fall of a whopping 18 inches. Best Buy has honored the warranty flawlessly, and that is why this is not a one-star review. If you actually use your phone outside of a padded room, then I would not suggest this screen protector.

This screen protector is easy to install, especially with the template. Zagg have a lifetime warranty where the user pays shipping for a replacement.
BUT...
This screen protector is incredibly fragile cracking from the edge within two weeks of use despite the phone having never been dropped to exposed to shocks.
