Both my wife and I got this product based on the recommendation of Best Buy staff. Both of us had to get them replaced after a few months because they frayed. The good thing is that Geek Squad told us there is a lifetime warranty.

For the cost, this screen protector cracks easily. Dropped phone from my lap while sitting and with the phone having a case, it still cracked and the drop was maybe at 2 feet. Not worth the investment.

The screen cracked within a day. This is my fourth screen within eight days. Very disappointed I keep having to waste my precious time on vacation to go find a Best Buy to get new screens very disappointed.

This screen protector chips on the edges constantly. It’s great that’s it’s covered by lifetime warranty, but I could seriously have it replaced every week. I wait till it get a few cracks then bring it in. I’ve had it a couple months and have already replaced it thrice.

I bought a case and a screen protector. I didn't have it for a week, and the screen protector cracked. I went to a local store, and bought the same product for a lot less, and so far, it's much better.
