After having the Zagg Invisible shield glass for just a couple of months it began to separate. The Replacement process is so complicated it makes it almost useless to try and get a replacement.

Got a new phone and this zagg screen protector. It is absolute garbage!!! It states it’s 11 times stronger and I have to question 11 times stronger than what. I dropped my phone once and the screen protector shattered. I was not happy as it cost me $64 dollars. Best buy refused to replace it and i was told to go to zagg which i did and was charged shipping fees for a new one which also broke the first time I dropped my phone. I will not ever ever buy a zagg product again and probaly not much from best buy after this.

This product is very delicate and break very easily I have to replace it once since I bought it and I need to replace it again it supposed to be very good because it’s 11 X stronger never have this issue with the other ones that I had before

$50 screen protector and it shattered on the second day i had it. they also never have the one i need in store.

It cracked on one drop. I had to exchange it, Best Buy is sending me to a different city to exchange it.
