It is absolute garbage!!! It states it’s 11 times stronger and I have to question 11 times stronger than what. I dropped my phone once and the screen protector shattered. I was not happy as it cost me $64 dollars. Best buy refused to replace it and i was told to go to zagg which i did and was charged shipping fees for a new one which also broke the first time I dropped my phone. I will not ever ever buy a zagg product again and probaly not much from best buy after this.

Bad Customer Service

The Replacement process is so complicated it makes it almost useless to try and get a replacement.
