At first, the employees didn’t line up the screen protector correctly because of the front camera dot, but they were very helpful and replaced it right away. The second time, they did it perfectly — it covers the whole screen and matches the front camera spot nicely. I really appreciate that they made sure it looked right before I left.

I am exceedingly pleased with it. Even with my Otterbox case attached, it fits flawlessly. I would highly recommend it.

Story time.. Okay so boom, me and the boys went out and got slammed at the bar. My phone was in my pocket face out. I don't know if I slipped on the wet floor, I was pushed, or the cowboys won the superbowl but I slammed into the pointed edge of a table with my phone. I 100 percent knew my screen was cracked. Pulled my phone out and this magical screen protector took the blow. The damage is in the pic below. Now I'm a lifetime customer. Also the warranty is super dope.

I've had a couple zagg screen protectors and they never disappoint. This one was doin great too until 3-4 months in, it began to discolor in the middle like other reviews have pointed out. I thought it was my phone at first until i found a reddit post showing the exact screen protector and same discoloration in the middle. I have just now gotten it replaced with the lifetime warranty ($10 for shipping). Leaving a 2 star for now but i'm hoping to change it to a 5 if this replacement doesn't disappoint.

Just 2 weeks in. And bam! Dropped the phone, screen facing down. But the screen protector came in clutch. Didnt damage my phone because of the protector. Went back to bestbuy store for a replacement with no hassle.

I really like the feel and durability of this screen protector but I only had it for about 6 months and it turned purple and i had to get it replaced.

Just replaced from a crack. It did its job, no damage to my phone. So far good. Thumb print works fine. We will see.

I've been using the ZAGG Glass XTR4 on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra since February, and I honestly believe it's the single best investment you can make for this phone. It delivers on its promise of extreme protection and transparency better than any screen protector I've used before. This protector has already saved my phone from damage on at least four separate occasions. Whether it was a sharp corner drop or a tumble onto asphalt, the Graphene fortified glass took the impact every time. I'm confident that without this protector, my phone's actual screen would be heavily damaged by now. The peace of mind it provides is invaluable. The only reason I can't give this product a perfect 5 star score is due to the installation process. While the included EZ Apply tray helps with alignment, it was still challenging to get a perfectly dust-free seal, resulting in a few stubborn air bubbles and specs. A very minor usage issue is that occasionally, edge swipes (like pulling up side widgets) don't register on the first attempt, but this is a small functional hiccup that I rarely encounter. If you own a Galaxy S25 Ultra, the ZAGG Glass XTR4 is a non negotiable accessory. Its proven durability and near perfect clarity make it an outstanding product. While the application is a bit tricky, once it's on, you'll forget it's even there until it saves your screen from a major accident. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been using the ZAGG Glass XTR4 Screen Protector on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and it’s been excellent — the clarity is basically invisible, so colors and brightness stay vibrant, and the touchscreen (including the in-screen fingerprint sensor) works smoothly. The young lady at Best Buy applied it for me. It is smooth and clear. I have fingerprint biometrics setup on my phone and it works flawlessly. The surface seems very solid, I sometimes need to throw the phone in my Tactical bag and it has not scratched the screen protector at all being in there with keys and other gear!!
