||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I upgraded to an S4 Active I asked the salesperson if I could get a zagg screen protector installed. She took it in the back and brought it out a few mins later. I thought I'd be good for awhile. 3 days later I was at work at the hospital, and when I took my phone out of my pocket my paperwork was stuck to the screen. Apparently best buy doesn't carry a zagg shield for the S4 active, so the employee used an S3 zagg shield and trimmed it to fit. They didn cut it quite right and my paperwork caught the corner and it gradually started peeling away in my pocket. I wish I was told they would need to trim the screen protector. Ironically, a week later I stopped at a different best buy and told my story and asked for a new zagg shield for my S4. I was told they didn't have one for my phone and they weren't allowed to modify an item to make it fit. Yeah right!

Difficult installation

It was very difficult and impossible to get all air bubbles out. When wearing my polarized sunglasses it looks like a strange wavy mess. It was also very difficult to cut to the right dimensions.
