I opted for the “step up” protector after dropping (and cracking) the glass face on a tile floor. Unfortunately, the plastic outer protector kept falling off after I attached it. The glass sticker that protects the screen worked far better. I find that it cracks a bit on the curve of the glass, but it has done its job. Just wish I had not opted for the “step up” and wasted $40. Go for the step down sticker and save money.

I received the ZAGG InvisibleShield +360 through the mail. It’s my first ZAGG product I’ve always heard good things. I got the glass for my Apple Watch series 4 40mm followed directions and was extra careful this package deal first was $50 it comes with a guide that’s clips under your watch and has fork type items on top you place the glass screen under them to guide the screen it’s curved after removing the guide tool from underneath still not being able to get huge stubborn bubbles out following directions says to very carefully lift screen and softly push them out as you are replacing it on watch states might need a few tries. Well the glass grabbed the sides very tight at first drop after cleaning and trying to remove bubbles very gently tried to lift the glass from the curve of the Watch was not applying any more pressure than to just try to as careful as possible lift as soon as the corner lifted from the Watch with very minimal pressure on pull the glass shatters. I nearly cried I ordered two previous from amazon that came the wrong size hearing ZAGG was the best around I spent the extra I shouldn’t have because I have 2 kids to take care of and I’m out of work with extreme poor health but my watch has to be protected I went for it. When that glass shattered like it did I was shocked really entire screen didn’t break straight through in any spot just shattered all over. I really need and pray they honor this as a return because it’s to expensive to try this again.

On 1 /13/20 less than 3 weeks after purchasing and installing I was on a Delta Flight that suddenly hit a bad pocket of air I was tossed into frame/ wall besides bruises, my watch face was smashed. After landing worked to remove invisible shield and all the little Sharp glass pieces. Did not realize I should have placed in something to take home for warranty .... just took photo and glad the sharp item hitting watch could have been my wrist. Told it was an act of God.

I love the screen protector! It’s so easy to install and it has protected my watch from scratches and damage to the sides! I love that it matches my watch, so you can’t tell it’s on there!

I was so excited to find a rose gold bumper for my beautiful Apple Watch. Unfortunately it easily comes off and I couldn’t find it the last time it came off. Also the glass shield cracks all the time. I brought the package home and had my son put it on and it immediately cracked. I already had to go get it replaced which is an hour drive to closest location and it has already cracked while I’m out of town. Will not get replaced or repurchase this glass shield. I liked the last shield I had for my Apple Watch series 3 better that had the rose gold face

I spent $50 on this and the protector cracked the first time after “gently lifting the edge of the protector” due to air bubbles. Luckily they returned it the first time but I had the same issue after trying to install the 2nd time. I don’t want to lift it now because I’m scared the protector will crack again, so now I have to walk around with air bubbles in my Apple Watch.

I got this for my wife as a birthday gift and she was super happy and excited Quality is the best as you know because of that product is from Apple but presented by Best Buy it makes it very very easy and it smells so you know if you need to park where you go and the peace of mind

Extremely difficult to apply without any bubbles. Not repositionable. I attempted to reposition, and the glass screen protector cracked on the edge and continued to crack as I tried tonremove to adjust to get rid of the bubbles. I was not able to reposition and was left with an entirely broken glass screen protector. Would not recommend

I went to the zag store since they have a lifetime warranty and the csr was unable to help because I didn’t not have the broken screen anymore. I sent my watch for Apple to repair. Also, the screen cover left air bubbles as shown in the picture

Within a week my screen was cracked again. I haven’t hit on anything or dropped it. I have no idea how it happened. This isn’t the first protector.

I really liked the way this looked on my watch but some how I knocked the bumper off and lost it and didn't realize it until I hit my hand on a door walking in and it cracked the screen protector. For someone who doesn't use their hands alot this would be great but for someone like me who uses their hands alot to move patients and push wheelchairs and stretchers I would not recommend

This is an awesome screen protector! It's so clear that I can't even tell it's there anymore. I had a few bubbles at first, but they disappeared in less than 48 hours as stated. I could do without the bumper. It's pretty loose and falls off all of the time.

Matches gold watch perfectly. Really smooth, touch sensitive top. Fits watch well. Looks good and blends right in so it is not obvious. Good product. Only issue, it takes time to adhere and get bubbles out if not installed well, but bubbles do come out as protector settles.

Zagg glass protector works in that it protected my Apple Watch but cracked about 3 weeks after purchased. A small crack on one corner spread throughout along the edges of the watch. The gold tone edge protector is easy to put on but also pops off really easily. If you catch it the wrong it just falls off without your knowledge. Almost lost it twice. One pro for the item is that Zagg will provide a replacement as long as you register your purchase on their website and pay 5.99. Please no tea that you need to send back the damaged product. I’m keeping as I spent 50.00 plus on this product but wouldn’t recommend buying this item.

Taking this back! At first the installation was easy until it came to getting the bubbles out. Not happening. Touch response on the watch is terrible with this screen protector. I thought something was wrong with the watch; took it off worked perfectly but because of having to take the screen protector off, with my job, the watch got scratched

Glass protector did protect watch face but cracked itself from just a beach hitting it. The guard prevents easy touch on watch

The screen protector works well. The bumper pops off easily. I’ll find it in random places and not even know it popped off.

This product is a must have to protect your purchase. The application is easy and lasts for a long time.

I was really hopeful for this glass protector for my Apple watch. Applied as instructed but was no longer able to use touch on the watch or when I was it didn't respond well. Ended up taking off the glass, but keeping the bumper. Even bought a second and had someone install the glass for me, still no luck. Disappointed in this glass protector.
