Customers express satisfaction with the InvisibleShield Glass+ 360's protection and ease of application, noting its good looks and invisibility on the watch face. However, many customers reported issues with the screen protector's tendency to detach, along with difficulties during installation and concerns about the price and durability of the bumper. The warranty was also a point of discussion.

Both the screen protector and the bumper guard are very nice looking. The reason I only gave it 2 stars is due to the issues I have had with mine.
1. The screen protector without the bumper guard gets caught on things due to the edges not sitting flush. I knew this from prevouse screen protectors purchased without the bumper. This makes the screen protector popoff or crack.
2. The bumper is easily knock off. I finally lost my protector and shortly after, like state above, the screen protector edge caught on something and peel half off cracking it.
Do yourself a favor and get the Zagg bumper that covers the back too. They are harder to find but you have to take the band off and push the watch out to get it off. Therefore, you want knock it off and loose it. I purchase that one with none glass screen protector and have had it since 12/2020 only two months after purchasing and losing this one.

Hard to install the warranty is good

Hard to install the warranty is good. It's almost like clockwork when I have to replace the screen. Not sure why, but it tends to crack on the top repetitively. Luckily, Zagg is very good on their warranty and stand by their product. It's a minimal cost to get it replaced it semi cracks. Better than the alternative of cracking the watch face.

The Zagg protector for the Apple Watch 44mm works well and what it is designed for. It came in handy when walking up to our apartment and my watch caught the edge of the meta fire extinguisher causing the glass of the Zagg to crack. Warranty held up, but did have to bay $10 for replacement...I get that nothing in this world is free, but if it’s guaranteed to work for a lifetime, then 1) it should hold up 2) you shouldn’t be forced to pay $10 on top of an already hefty, $50 price tag for a screen protector. Does work better than cheap-o plastic covers off of amazon though. Also took a week for the bubbles to work themselves out, so be patient.

It protects your screen as it states and the outer ring fits well BUT the glass doesn’t sit flush and leaves a bubble. I bought a second one to see if I had a defective piece and the second one did the same thing in a different spot. If you’re willing to look past the large bubble then this is the product for you. If not seek another choice.

I’ve had it almost a week now and it has protected my watch great. Looks very nice. The only downside I have is that the bumper can fly off if it gets hit hard

This is not bad, but or the price I expected it to last longer. The screen shattered with just a mild hit, but it protected my watch. But at the same time if it got messed that easily was it truly protecting my watch after having it for just over a week?

Now what I expect from a Zagg product

I have been a loyal Zagg customer for over a decade. Using their shields on 2 tablets, 4 or 5 phones and now an apple watch. This is the first time I have not been happy with their product. I will be contacting Zagg and I know the company will stand behind the product and makes this right.
I usually use one of the flat screen protector but went with the 260 thinking it would cover and protect the watch corners as well as the front of the screen. I followed every instruction and it appears to be on perfectly.
It does protect it! There are two issues though. One, my ability to interact with the touch screen is diminished. I have had to adjust how and where I press to get the correct response. It requires more tactile pressure and sometimes partial scroll of the screen to get the onscreen button to recognize my input.
Second issue; as others have described here, I developed a crack that I thought was a 'scratch' but is truly a crack. My watch is okay but I have not dropped it or hit is against anything that I can remember. Plus it is only a month old.
I think I will go back to one of the protectors that does not have the corners if that is possible. I will add more once I have a company response.

I have a tendencies to break my watch screens and that’s an expensive habit. Zagg offers a life time warranty for the device so as long I I return the broken glass protector I can get another free of cost! I’ve gone through two already and can’t complain much. The only issue is it’s difficult to put on perfectly, both times I’ve been stuck with bubbles and I’ve put Zagg screens on over 50+ phones.

My screen protector broke on the first day. I know others that have had a good experience. I’ll assume I just had an unlucky experience.
They do have a lifetime warranty which is fantastic.

First, the nice qualities. True to its name, this product is almost invisible! It is designed so that both the screen and sides of the case get nice protection without adding any significant bulk or weight to the watch.
Another positive quality is Zagg's warranty. Your InvisibleShield can be replaced, if defective, simply by paying the postage and returning the unsatisfactory product.
I took advantage of the warranty because I was unable to properly install the protector in spite of having properly followed the directions. Specifically, there were several large bubbles under the screen that would not go away, even when following the suggestions for doing so, as found on the Zagg website,
Zagg replaced my screen protector quickly and easily. Installation went better, much better, the second time around. There were bubbles, but I was able to eliminate them with little difficulty.
But a new issue emerged. With the new InvisibleShield installed, touch screen sensitivity was significantly diminished. The best example is that I am unable to successfully enter my login password . The only remedy is to "force quit" the watch and restart it. Too much bother, too frequently.
Looking for remedies, I tried calling Zagg support. After a long hold (5 minutes, +) a recording announced longer than average hold time. Deciding not to wait, my next step was to try a chat. After logging on to the chat platform I was told that I was #51 in the queue, Frustrating.
I'll try contacting support again, but I am not feeling much optimism

This works. It did break but I guess that’s what it supposed to do when you hit something with it.
It is extremely hard to apply to the watch though. Hard not to damage it when you are trying to get air bubbles out.
These things a ridiculously expensive for what they do.

I've been using Zagg covers for years, but this one disappointed me. The fit is perfect, looks almost invisible, but the screen cover made so hard to move around, I took it off, and the plastic side protector kept falling off, and I finally lost it.

I work in IT and sometimes have reach in to tight spaces. I had another like this that held up for some time but this one cracked at both the top and bottom in a matter of two weeks. Could be me but the first one was with me for a year or so.

While I normally buy Zagg protectors for my screens, this one was not worth my money. For the cost of the shield, the cost to have it put on in store and then to lose it so easily (without even knowing right away) when my watch protector came off, I won't pay for another one. I'll take my chances and clean my watch screen more often.

I like this for protecting my watch but I’ve bought two of these and both have fallen off over time while at work resulting in my watch getting busted on the screen because I didn’t realize it fell off. I would recommend it because it’s great when it’s there? You just have to me mindful that it may snag on something and pop off.

This screen protector did its job but for the price I do not think it is worth it . I cracked it after having it for only 3 days it is my fault but I barely dropped my watched and I’ve put on different tempered glass screen protectors that have lasted longer and through more drops than this one did .

Had hard time getting air bubbles out from under screen protector. The watch trim protector came came off a couple times. Then fell off not knowing and lost it. Not warranted when lost. Did not feel like dealing with manufacture to try and replace it. Purchase and watch band with protection included.

Looks really cool in the picture and when you get it. Looks great when you put it on and comes with very detailed and thorough instructions. Followed them exactly. Barley a week later, found the screen protector came off over night and is now useless.
