For a product that cost $40 that is unreasonable. I believe it the corners are tearing apart and then it gets snagged on clothing and pulls off entirely. The first time they sent me a replacement for the cost of shipping only. Honestly, I don’t even think it’s worth the $7 for another one because I’m gonna be in the same boat 4 months from now. In the market for something more durable. Very disappointed. My other Zagg products have held up so much better.

Luckily I learned from my experience with a Zagg product on my iPhone to register it right away. Sent for my replacement, paid for shipping and after a week, I finally received it. Went to Best Buy to have them help me put it on and it cost me $8 for their help. After less than a month it cracked on the edge again! I ordered another one immediately, paid $9.99 again for shipping and after a week it had still not shipped! I called customer service and asked to cancel the order because I was finished with their product! I was told it was too late to cancel but after I received the replacement and returned the broken one they would refund my shipping. Still waiting for my replacement...I ordered a product on amazon with good reviews because I needed protection for my watch while on a trip to Disney World. It has cost me over $80 for this product, 2 shipping charges, the payment to Best Buy to put it on and a different product from amazon. I’m finished with Zagg!

Bubbles in the corners & Touch sensitivity is poor

Hence I bought this for my new Apple watch Series 3. But its not up to the mark. $42 (incl of taxes) and it doesn't stick properly and the poorest thing is the touch sensitivity. I have to press hard (not touch) to use the screen. Zagg website says I can return the product at the retail store. I am thinking of returning it at Best Buy (where I bought this).

There is absolutely no way to apply it without bubbles forming underneath it. Got the first screen protector replaced for free through ZAGG, but the second one has already cracked within the first hour. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! Wish I could give zero stars.

Clean fingers everything. Reapplying did nothing to stop the bubbles (four of them, in the same spots) and the more I messed with the stupid thing, specs of stuff got onto the shield rendering it useless. Worst $40 spent on anything tech related.

Poor quality product especially for the price of $39.99! I barely hit it on my counter today and it’s already shattered with jagged edges on one side. Boy, was I wrong, I just broke the 3rd replacement. each time ive paid shipping to return. I've nearly paid as much shipping as the original product cost. this product is not worth the money.

Extremely Disappointing/Not worth the money

I have had this less than 2 weeks and it has cracked/chipped and pieces are breaking off. I work in an office and I am very careful with my watch. This product was very disappointing, I paid for the Geek squad to put it on to be sure it was done correctly. Paying for shipping on a replacement is ridiculous don't make or sell crappy products and you wouldn't have to replace faulty merchandise. Best Buy employee suggested I get this product. I will think twice about buying anything from Best Buy if they are going to sell products of such poor quality.
