I’ve had 2 of these covers and they are more fragile than what you thing. I put the first one on perfectly and accidentnly dropped my watch and the cover cracked. Got a replacement and I barely tapped it and it broke on the corner and it has spread. Where it covers the screen it’s awesome, the corners are a serious weak spot that if you sneeze wrong, it breaks. For the amount of money you spend...not worth it.

Let me start by saying I have other zagg products and love them. But this one... I picked it up about 1pm, I have to say installation was a piece of cake. Fast forward to about 6pm, i felt something sharp at the top of my watch. I look at it, the screen protector broke off at a corner. So I was running my finger over broken glass. I contacted zagg and told them, they are shipping a new one out to me. Overall not to thrilled but it’s a great idea and zagg would be the company to do it.

While I was hoping this product was going to be great, I only had 24 hours before it cracked. I put it on shortly before bed and went to work the next morning. I work in an office and at some point during the day noticed the cracks. Its not as though I banged it or did something to warrant the damage! When I went back to review how to have it replaced, I noticed you were charged again a fee! I wish I would have read other reviews prior to purchase. It's not worth paying the high cost for protection when it doesn't last.

I purchased this for my Apple Watch a year ago. Worst mistake!!! Breaks/cracks extremely easy !!!!! For the price I thought it would hold up a lot better than it actually does . They are under warranty from the manufacture but you have to pay for shipping which is at least $7 dollars every time you order a new one . My first one lasted around 3 months, my second only lasted one week!!! I'm on my third one and that's has not last me 2 months. I'm debating whether to order my 4th !!! Because I'm pretty sure it will also Break. I do not recommend this product at all !!!

1st week it started to peel and crack in upper right hand corner where it curves. Went to Best Buy as I paid $14 to have them install the curved shield. They said I had to go through Zagg because they would send me another one, Yea but they charge $10 shipping so it is not a free replacement!! Week two I was in a meeting and I look down and the bottom is literally cracking at the curved part as I watch it. A coworker has an AppleWatch so I asked him if he used a shield and he said no because he had the curve shield and it did the same thing. I wish I would have talked to him first. I wouldn’t even rate this as a one but you have too. Thxs Best Buy for the recommendation and thanks Zagg for a worthless product. I’ll eat the $40 for the curve and $14 for Best Buy installing a useless shield..

My occupation is an industrial mechanic so this does not present a good situation for wearing my newly acquired Apple Watch. So I bought this in hopes that it would maybe offer some protection as I felt not wearing my watch to work was defeating the purpose of owning one. Well within the first day I cracked the screen and by the end of the week there was so many cracks and missing chunks I was afraid to take it off to see how bad the new watch would be.. I decided to take advantage of Zaggs lifetime warranty and ordered a new replacement. Received the new package and got ready to remove the current guard. When I removed it I was blown away due to the fact that there was not one bit of damage to my watch. This product is great. Easy to apply and the fit and finish is worth every penny. Do not overlook this product because of price. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for.

If I could give this a -10 I would. I have had zagg protection on all my devices since iPhone 1 and iPad 1 And I Upgrade about every other year. This is by far the worst ever! I read the reviews but did not believe them. This is all chipped all around the Watch. It took about 3 days and I got my first chip. I baby my products as well. Oh and it took over an hour to install and I still had one bubble I could not Get out. I sit behind a computer all day so no abuse to the watch.

First one I bought was broken when I opened the package. Second one was fine. Installation is straight forward. I really like the fact that the protector wrapped around the curve of the watch face. Thinking it would offer the best protection. After installing & working all the bubbles out I loved how it looked. 2 days later I've have small bubbles in the upper 2 corners & lower right corner. After working for 20mins I gave up on removing them, they where very small & did not effect performance. As time went on bubble got bigger & bigger. Tried reinstalling again but to no avail. For the $39.95 price tag I would expect perfect adhesion. In order to get a replacement it will cost me another $9.99 in shipping & handling for an already expensive protector. I'm currently looking for alternatives.

I've used their screen protectors before and this one was disappointing to say the least. First with a mildly annoying elongated vertical air bubble that I was able to live with as it's unnoticeable when the screen is inactive. Second the lower 1/8 of the screen protector broke or cracked. I cannot tell until I try to remove it. I've ordered a replacement, but that kind of sucks b/c I have to pay $10 shipping the new one to me and then another amount postage to return the defective one.

Took over 3 employees and 2 hours to try and install the glass which I had to come back again to get the bubbles out. With 24 hours the bubbles were back and the screen was shattered . Complete waste of time and money.

I would have given this product zero stars but it wouldn’t allow. My wife and I both bought one. Mine cracked in the corner the first day without any real impact. I thought it was a scratch at first but the next day it was cracked completely. My wife put her arm down on the counter and her corner busted. She had hers 4 days. I don’t think the watch would have had any damage because there was no true impact. If we have to replace them every time we barely knock up against something it will be a daily replacement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

These are awful!! I’ve replaced my screen protector for my Apple Watch at least 6-7 times since purchase not even a year ago in August of 2018. I bought the initial one full price, thankfully the replacements only cost $10 or so. But still I’ve never had one last more than 2 weeks before cracking. They’ve sent me 2 replacements free of charge after multiple complaints. But I’ve bought at least 4-5 on my own dime. They simply don’t last!! The ones for my phone worked great, wish these held up 1/2 as good.

Shortly after putting this on I noticed a crack and thought my watch face had broke. Thank goodness it was just this cover and not the watch. This seems to be made of glass or hard plastic.

It cracked within a week. It's replacement cracked in less than 24 hours. A friends 1st one lasted 2 weeks. Other online reviews same kind of results. Zagg was good about the replacement on the first and was going to send me a 2nd ($5.99 shipping/handling replacement) but I declined and told them I was going to take it back to Best Buy for my Money back.

I can't believe this item can be so bad. The day I purchased, the border of the screen cracked and then continued to crack until the entire screen was useless. I registered it right away and got a replacement. The replacement lasted two days and then the same thing happened. A replacement to the replacement is in the mail. We will see what happens.

This is the second time I’ve bought this item, and both of them broke. This one broke within 24 hours! All I’ve been doing is packing in preparation for a move and the stupid thing broke somewhere in the process. If it can’t stand up to knocks against plastic tote bins, then it’s not worth it. Don’t waste your money on this load of crap. I’d love to get my money back for this, but I doubt that’ll happen.

Because of other reviews suggesting it could crack easily within a short period of use, I was initially somewhat concerned about its durability, but I have not had any problem during my first 2 months of use. (I am not playing sports with my watch on, or giving it rough treatment, however.) I have really appreciated its clean, sleek lines, and the touch functions are perfectly smooth. This is far better than the previous flexible plastic screen protectors I had used, which came up at the curved edges and looked trashy. With the new Zagg product, I love my Apple Watch again! I also did get a second protector for the perimeter of the watch - the grey Modal bumper case, which fits well around the edge of the Zagg Invisible Shield Glass Curve Elite.

I bought this screen protector off of a recommendation from various store employees. Nothing against their credibility, but our lines of work are very different. I was told that this screen protector was made from the strongest glass rating available and that it wouldn’t scratch or crack very easily. I figured that I’d put it to the test. My first day using it at work amounted to a small hairline scratch. I was told that a lifetime warranty was part of the purchase. This made my decision to purchase this product. The small scratch didn’t mess with any functionality, so I was content with how the screen protector did its job. After the next day. A crack across the top half of the screen protector appeared from the hairline scratch. It then branched off in opposite directions. Yup, it lasted for two whole days. Starting the warranty process...

The invisible shield started cracking and peeling away from the bezel of my new Apple Watch Series 3 after two days of wear. I immediately requested a warranty replacement from Zagg. After 3 weeks without communication, I contacted Zagg to discover that the product is on back order. Waste of my money!

I should have read the reviews. Put my watch on this morning and it was fine, an hour later I look down and the corner is broken off. My eight year old said she bumped it with her Kindle, I didn’t even notice. I’m hoping BB can replace it, the closest Zagg shop is 40 minutes away. Ugh
