Flawed Design

Both times it failed to adhere to the phone and dust easily gets trapped underneath. However, Zagg customer service is great and offered a free replacement plus free shipping of the Sapphire for the S8+, which I was informed is supposed to work much better. Still waiting to receive it though.

It does not stick well to the phone screen. I even paid the extra $7 for Geek Squad to "install" it on my phone. A week later it started to lift off my screen so I went back, had them put a new one on and just about a week later I have noticed it starting to lift again...

Save my phone

Before the case was installed my phone slip out of my hand and the shield cracked but not the phone. Since it has a lifetime warranty, I ordered a replacement online and it was sent right away.

I wasn't aware that you needed to keep rubbing the edges to make it stick better. On the 2nd day of my purchase the protector fell right off. Best buy did replace it, but it really doesn't have good stick power. You have to be extra careful to make sure nothing gets under any of the edges. I should have gotten a cheap one from Amazon instead of this $50 one that falls off easily.
