It didn't line up correctly and the applicator tray was so slippery. I love zag cuz they make quality products and have a great warranty but the directions were so insanely cryptic in the box. It took a lot of inferring with something that needs precise care to apply in like have appreciated more direction. It was so crazy the bad directions and to spend so much money on packaging and all that Jaz but then skimp on words as of each character cost them an extra dollar. Not to mention no bilingual directions that i could see.

This is a great screen protector! Definitely can take some hard licks to the floor without breaking.

I tell all my family and friends to come to Best Buy to buy their screen protectors because you are the best place to come to if you break it you never have a problem getting another one

This screen protector is one of the strongest I’ve ever had very scratch and crack resistant. But….. if it ever does crack or break it comes with a lifetime warranty at purchase!!!

Very good. Previous one broke but protected the phone screen. That’s what it supposed to do. Best is warranty- bring the phone to Best Buy and they replace it right way. It’s super easy and zero hassle.

Honestly, good durability for what the description said but what's better is that I can get my screen protector replaced for a lifetime for free only when you don't take off the screen protector.

This shield protector is the best. Easy to install I was afraid it would have bubbles in it . I followed the instructions and it is perfect, no bubbles in my screen. The best part I registered my warranty and it’s for a lifetime.

Very good screen protector. It's not as if I thrash my phone, but it's a nice added comfort from accidental drops, my little ones running of with it. Will not surive being in a same pocket with a bulky pokcet knife. Or if your infant drops it on hot wheels

Glass protector seems very durable. I also like the idea of having a lifetime warranty with them - just make sure to register your product.

This screen protector has saved my phone more times than I can count. It’s easy to clean, it doesn’t cause interference with the actual screen but most importantly it does its job.
