Shattered looking ZAGG Shield

I dropped my phone on a concrete sidewalk and when I looked at the phone, the screen appeared to be shattered. However, it was the ZAGG plastic shield that was broken. I took the phone to BEST Buy and showed my receipt and they put a new ZAGG plastic shield on for free.

Samsung Screen Protector

Also, Best Buy charged $8.00 to install, but left a bubble, under the glass, when I asked, he said it would go away in 24 hours. well, that did not happen. I should have gone into the mall where they don't charge to install them.
