I blame Zagg for creating a subpar product. I use to trust the Zagg brand and appreciated the lifetime warranty. However, I’m on my third warranty replacement due to the sides breaking off. The cover cracked in less than a month and then I went to get a replacement they said to contact Zagg. the salesperson at Best Buy said to return it to Best Buy and they would replace it. They won't replace it and said contact Zagg. So I did and now a 10.00 shipping and handling. Would not recommend!

Wasn’t that I hit something with it . It just had a slight splinter crack and then it’s all over.

It was easy to install and did not affect functionality of the touch screen. Unfortunately, water does get under the protective cover very easily just from washing your hands and I’m a nurse who washes my hands frequently at work. After taking it off less than 10 times to dry and clean, the side poece opposite the bezel cracked and broke making it useless. I will not recommend purchasing due to this.

It was exactly what I wanted. No adhesive required. I thoroughly tested the product by accidently dropping my Apple watch more than once. The Best Buy associate was very helpful finding the best product for me.

It is nice they give you what you need to clean and install, super easy to remove in the event you want to take it off. ZAGG offers replacements on their website if you want to pay shipping if so you’ll never pay for a new one if it breaks!

The first time I washed my hands, water got in between and I had to remove the bumper to dry it. Happened every time it got wet. No customer service, only warranty replacement. I would recommend this only if you never get it wet.
