    get any bit of moisture under the cover, it distorts the view and the touch screen doesn't work very good, after it dry's its hazy. on a watch that is made to be submerged

    It cracked the second day I wore it under minor wear and tear. When I first purchased it the sales associate at Best Buy told me that it was worth spending the money bc it comes with guaranteed free replacements.After it cracked barely grazing it against a table, I took my damaged cover back to BB and the guy working the door told me in a rude tone not to bother going to the service desk bc I had to go through the manufacturer of the product that BB stocks and pushes to sell. They are indeed “free replacements” after you pay $45 for the only option delivery the manufacturer gives you , The new “free” one cracked a week later between the side function buttons by just snapping it onto my watch.I rarely write surveys but I’m trying to give a heads up to the next person. Go buy a cheapie off Amazon.

    So far ive been through two of these and i would honestly say the weak part is on the side. Somehow ive cracked two in the same spot, which cause it to fall off.
