For those individuals stating the screen protector cracked when it was dropped...that is exactly its purpose....it absorbs the shock so that the screen of your phone doesn't crack....You're welcome!!

There was a lot of confusion which eventually required 2-3 sales associates just to find the right screen protector for my phon even though I had the old one and told them the model iPhone I have (iPhone X). Then, they told me they don't make one specially for my phone but that one they make for another phone will fit my phone. I said fine and this required a manager involved now because the prices were different....very complicated process just to exercise my lifetime warranty on the screen.
