Customers appreciate the InvisibleShield Glass Fusion screen protector's excellent screen protection and ease of application. Many found it easy to install and noted its clarity and good fit for their Samsung Galaxy S10. However, some customers experienced challenges with installation, adhesion issues, and interference with the fingerprint sensor. The price point was also a source of some negative feedback.

I was reluctant to spend so much on a screen protector but got it anyway. Was the easiest to put on of any I I've ever gotten. Dropped the phone the other day and it hit the edge of my curved S10 screen on the sharp edge of a stand. Though that was it for the screen. Instead there is only a dent in the protector and the screen is completely intact. Frankly I didn't think any protector could withstand a hit like that. Picture included.

Zagg has always been a relaible brand for screen protectors and this one proves no different. Easy enough to put on. Only issue is that the edges on the top corner raise with my OtterBox defender case causing the corners to bubble up and I constantly have to smooth them down. Not sure how solid the composition is but will hopefully hold up and reduce risks of scratched or cracked screen.

I bought this for my wife's phone as she was only using a protective phone case at the time yet had a bad experience with an old phone where the screen would get scratches from being in a pocket or purse with other items knocking or being on the glass surface of the phone. While most phones nowadays have sturdier glass, this protective case has come in handy! Absolutely makes cleaning the phone screen a breeze and it works like a second skin with no issues recognizing thumbprint security and even a degree of fall protection. It's fallen out of her pocket a few times and fallen flat on the screen, but after a quick check the phone screen is without damage! After she paired the ZAGG InvisibleShiled with good phone case, she's had a few scares after some small drops but the phone is still going to this day! Just be mindful of how to apply the screen protector - and it does come with very solid directions and even an instructional video link - and you're phone is protected and protected well!

I have used Zagg glass protectors on previous mobiles as I am adept at regularly dropping my phone. They are a good product and saved my screen more than once. Better yet Zagg replaces shattered screens for cost of shipping which I have also needed.
This screen isnt the typical tempered glass. It is some hybrid with is much thinner than glass but has the same feel as glass. I cannot comment on its protection yet but that is just a matter of time. I am hoping that this performs as well as their other pure glass screen protectors.
I installed myself and it was relatively easy. The one thing I didn't do which I highly recommend is using the dust remover sticky pad. After wiping with alcohol pad and wiping with shami I looked hard and saw no specks if dust so installed screen. As soon as I put it on there were about 8 bubbles that despite my best effort with the squeegee I could not remove. I was peeved but blamed myself. After about a week the bubbles disappeared! I dont know what happened but they are all gone. I suspect they may come back but am very happy that they are gone.
So buy this but definitely use the sticky pad over entire screen to definitely remove any particles you cannot see well. In my case the bubbles still disappeared but if I have to replace the protector I would follow ALL the instructions just in case.

Excellent shield, I always use ZAGG Shields on all my devices..cellphones and IPads. Protects against scratches and glass breakage and you can’t beat the lifetime warranty.

As others have indicated, there are some bubble issues around the curved edges that are annoying. Maybe they'll settle out eventually. Despite that, it looks fine, feels fine. I hardly notice it, except that it's shifted about 1mm upwards, so the ring around the front facing camera is off center from the camera.
Pros: it's not smudgey, no lack of clarity, does not feel any different than OEM plastic screen cover
Cons: picks up dust and lint instead of fingerprints, assembly wasn't totally simple as the wrong side peeled when installing, bubbles around the edges still linger days after install - even after being worked out dozens of times.

Scratches like Plastic but Seems Protective

The Zagg InvisibleShield Hybrid Glass Screen Protector falls short of the mark on several fronts. First, it does not really feel like glass. It feels better than most plastic screen protectors and is harder than the Samsung protector, but it isn't glass. Secondly, it won't stay invisible for long. This protector can be scratched literally by pocket lint. Once scratched, it's very visible, though once the screen is on, the scratches seem to disappear. While the fingerprint sensor will work through the screen protector, it does not do so reliably. You can set the finger prints up just fine, but the recognition rate through the InvisibleShield is about 10 percent. Overall, it works well as a screen protector, but it will scratch badly over time, it will need periodic replacement (good thing it has a warranty...but for Zagg, that warranty may spell a loss on this product over time). It is also difficult to install, and the Best Buy experts took three attempts before they got it on correctly, so customers should seriously consider paying for installation. Overall, I'd rate this 2/5 if it weren't for the warranty. It gets a 3/5 since the company will stand behind the product -- and if you buy this, expect them to need to.

Once the screen cover is applied and all the air bubbles out, the screen cover is crystal clear and so far protects the screen well. The air bubbles are can be very difficult to work out.

A nice touch for a smartphone that doesn't look like there is something on top of the screen. I still prefer the glass over the hybrid but does a decent job of protection. The only drawback is that it takes some care & skill when installing to get it just right. Otherwise, it bubbles up. But overall good screen protector.

Fits well, does protect screen. However, the edges dont appear to be sticky so they always have air bubbles under them which makes it hard to click and the screen protector is easily dented.

So I opened it and felt lost but was really easy to apply it i did manage to get a small bubble i couldnt get out. Should have started at one end that might have been better. Price seems crazy wish it was made more scratch resistant. But overall seems to work and is holding up.

I tore a hole in the factory installed shield. It did the job and kept the phone safe, but I needed to replace it. So I bought this protector, and it was definitely a good replacement. The only downside is that there were many air bubbles in mine that were very difficult to remove. I kept working at it for an hour or two, and eventually got them all out. Now it looks like the original and you can't even tell it's installed unless you look at the edges.

I've bought Zagg shields since 2012. Overall a great shield, but this one is a little fussy when touching the screen. On my S10 you're supposed to be able to double tap screen to get it light up and then swipe to open. 40% of the time I can't get it to light up. Probably due to thickness of shield. Only annoying if I'm in a hurry. Also shield is thicker, so when trying to buy a case (one that only covers back and sides) the case sides often aren't tall enough with this shield. If it falls screen first, you're likely to put cracks in the shield. That said, it's better than cracks in the phone screen. Customer service with Zagg is #1 in the industry. Called several times over the years and they never disappoint in providing the BEST service and advice. Getting replacement shields is super easy.

The InvisibleShield protects the screen of my Galaxy S10 extremely well, as it was designed to do. But, attaching the simple shield is a nightmare. I paid the extra cost to have it put on at the store. The first attempt was finally aborted after 40 minutes of trying to get the bubbles out. The second attempt got "most" but not all of the bubbles out when I said, after over an hour in the store, "I have to leave, now". Still have bubbles, but the screen is better protected than the original flimsy stick on that curled up after a month. Didn't have this problem with the glass shield for the S9.

I prepped exactly as the instructions stated, then applied exactly as instructions stated. Still ended up with some air bubbles but after having the screen protector on for a couple of weeks, the bubbles worked their way out. I am happy with the way the curve of the edge of the screen does curve with my phone (Galaxy s10) and the ability to still use my case (ArmadilloTek) for drop protection. Probably just because I was used to the plastic feel of my old screen protector but I'm still getting used to how hard I have to touch my screen now with the glass.
