This screen protector, as every other one I’ve ever purchased from ZAGG, seems to be well made, fits the device well, and is almost undetectable once applied; however, Face ID on my new iPad Pro is now essentially useless since installation. The installation itself is flawless, but thanks to not having a cutout for the proper sensors, Face ID is hit or miss at best. This seems to be a common issue online and I’ve tried all the tricks to no avail. There are no bubbles around or in front of the sensors and I reset Face ID with the protector on (which was no small feat itself), however I consistently get the “Camera Covered” error. As much as this screen protector gets everything else right, I can’t recommend it until the cutout at the top is extended or something else is changed to remedy the issues with Face ID.

I have a 3 year old I purchased Thai items for him. We have the learning kit that comes with it you could fine it in Best Buy and it has help him talk and notice a lot of objects. Myself and my wife are thankful and it has help us a lot specially having the screen protector which has taken its hits trust me lol. It works great hasn’t crack and you can tell my the quality of just touching it it’s sturdy.

I’ve used these shields on my last 3 iPads and 2 iPhones. As far as I’m concerned you’ve made a big mistake not to use one. I did break one (actually it totally shattered), but the screen on the iPad was in no way damaged. If you would have seen the shattered you would be amazed. These shields are sensitive to touch, very clear, and all we have owned stay secure. I highly recommend this product.
