My screen completely shattered but the screen protector remained fine

You would think spending $30 + on a screen protector would be better than one from 5&below. NOT It lasted maybe a month ... same quality as 5&below.

Just purchased this and it cracked within a week, no drops or anything that would have caused this. Also started bubbling up from the corner right away : /

I had the screen protector for less than a week. My phone was on the arm of my recliner when it slipped off and hit our hardwood floor and cracked.

Not worth the money! Cracked the day after it was put on my phone.

Bubbles up and lifts up on every corner. I’ve had to go exchange it for almost 4 times and still so I gave up. Not worth your money.

Was given this protector by on of the best buy representatives after buying the iphone 12 pro max and it doesn't fit the whole screen. Very disappointed.

It’s poorly made. We put it on the phone, next day dropped it off the couch, literally 2 feet, the screen protector shattered!

I installed the screen protector according to the instructions and a bubble appeared a few days later. This lead to it cracking. I’m really disappointed.

Have been getting replacements for a while but the last 1 or 3 almost immediately start peeling off at the corners.

Have not put it on yet, sad that there is an additional charge to have it done at Best Buy.

The screen protector has bubbles in it and it has never went away. I’m not happy with this screen protector.

Prices too high. The store should have lower price options for many of their products. The sales person always tries to up sale customers.

I came back to Best Buy after buying another glass screen protector-that one cracked. During this COVID craziness they said come back if there is a problem and we will replace it. Well it did break, I came back and they gave me the ZAGG. Customer service installed and said if there is a problem come back and we will fix it. Well not 2 weeks and it cracked. So I bought a plastic one and took off glass. Not happy with the glass ones. Break too easily. Now I’m out $27.00.. Karin

Broke the first day I got it. It’s just one crack but at least a few months in not the first day. And I paid Best Buy to put it on my phone.

I bought his screen protector and it already cracked the day after got it. Phone had just sat in my purse that day and overnight. Never dropped. Junk it is and expensive.

This screen protector was easy to apply however it did not fit the entire screen. There was a red plastic frame that perhaps was part of the protection, but no explanation about how to place it outside the film. The cost was too high. I ended up wasting my money because I bought an Otterbox to clip the phone to my belt, so it had a screen protector as part of the box. Wish I had know that before I bought this invisible shield glass screen protector. Live and learn.

Screen protector was installed by Best Buy which was much appreciated. After several months of using the phone it has come loose.

Breaks easily but I like that you can go in and replace it everytime it happens

Didn’t like didn’t even fit my phone. I will have to go back and find one that actually fits. Think I’ll go to the apple store to get one.
