I am disappointed in this product. The original screen shield lasted almost 2 years without a crack (and had a very obvious cause when it did). Best Buy required us to replace with this product on 3 family phones - and all three now have cracks again, with much less apparent causes - within weeks. Truly appears to be inferior to what they were using before.

Looks nice and clear. Cracked after dropping it one time with a case on.

Install was easy and quick. Didnt need to worry about bubbles after install.

I got mine cracked. I had to go to website and and pay a shipping fee. But they sent me a whole new replacement

This screen protector showed a significant scratch after merely three weeks of use even though nothing notable happened to cause it. One could argue, however, that the protector did do its job in protecting my screen. The thickness of the screen, however, has reduced the touch sensitivity of the screen itself and I have also noticed it becoming grimy rather quickly. Overall, I expected better for the price.

Phone is performing as expected. Fast response. Plenty of memory. Good battery life. Bought same model last year for wife and still operating perfectly. It has a screen size and capability we are both quite comfortable with. Thanks Best Buy.

I am not impressed with this product as finger prints are quite prominent. For the price paid zaags should provide better quality.

Cracked already just by putting phone in my back pocket. Not sure if it’s worth the price if it did that.

This definitely cracks, not my screen but the protective zag screen lasted a couple of months

They will eventually need replaced but great warranty service at Best Buy!

I am giving it a 3 star only because it got cracked and when I notice it I took it off my phone and it won’t stick back on

If I could give a 0 star I would. Bought this item on 12/31/24. While sitting down I dropped my phone and the screen protector and the screen cracked. I contacted Best Buy online chat as I'm a My Best Buy Total member. They made it seem that Best Buy would cover the issue, so I went to Best Buy and the store supervisor said they can't do anything and I would have to contact ZAGG.

I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and personal attention of your staff. The person that fixed the old protector was terrific. After fixing the screen savor she helped me with laptops and other items. Again she was terrific and extremely knowledgeable.

Not a fan of these protectors. They are expensive but didn’t hold up.

Very good product Easy to install and many options for any type of user

I have bought one for my wife and one for myself. Lasted less than 2 months on either phones before developing cracks. I had way better luck with $5 screen protectors. I have gone through several of them. Warranty replacement, they charge for shipping which is almost half of the selling price.

Just like the ones you can get cheaper on Amazon in my opinion.

The product is good. My review is based on customer service in best buy. Employees are rude and lazy. So I won’t be shopping ever again in best buy.

It's a little expensive, but definitely a high quality screen protector that provides better shatter protection than the cheapie no-name alternatives. And the Best Buy clerk was nice enough to install it while we waited for the new phone to activate. Thx!
