This screen protector reduced my phones touch sensitivity. It is nearly impossible to unlock my phone now. I have to swipe up dozens of times before my phone reads that I’m trying to unlock my phone. Swiping from the top right to access the quick settings is nearly impossible too. I’m so disappointed with this product.

not the best quality or fingerprint resistant product. The warranty is pretty easy to redeem another screen in needed.

It’s already cracked and it’s been a week or so. Dropped maybe once, but after I dropped it I seen no crack.

i got mine and put it on my brand new iphone and it cracked when i put it on its one thin crack and it hasn’t since in a month

The store representative struggled to get the protector installed. It did not want to stick to the iphone screen. When typing on the iphone screen, I frequently have to linger or press harder or press 2-3 times on each key. Annoying and takes more time. I have to LOOK at the screen to see if the letters I am keying are registering, and frequently "do over." ShieldGlass product is too thick???

Works great and if for some reason it cracks I get a free replacement.

Installed by service technician. Had to replace within a year due to crack in the initial screen protector.

Bought this for the iPhone 11. I’ve bought several Zagg screen protectors for various models of iPhones. I’ve used the lifetime warranty more times than I can remember. This one lasted around 6 months. Like all the rest, it chips on edge and then slider cracks in various directions across the phone. Therefore yet another warranty replacement. Note, my phones always have high quality OtterBox cases on and are not dropped.
