When I went from a flip phone to my first iPhone, a friend recommended I get a screen protector. I've had several cellphones since then and protected each one with a screen protector and have never had to replace a glass. Cell phone repair is expensive; this added protection is worth the investment.

It's a great shield for me because my phone is always in the middle of my activities. At work, at the gym, at home, at evening events, I have the best intentions to protect my phone, but life happens and I inevitably drop the phone and crack the screen protector. Thank goodness for the Zagg screen protector. My actual screen remains in top shape!

We purchased the screen protector for my daughters new Iphone11. in 11/2019 It cracked within a few weeks but it was not bad enough to replace so we waited. It cracked more 9 months later and we brought it to Best Buy where we purchased it. We received a replacement. So I agree with other reviewer. Buy it from Best Buy. Even though the protector cracked within a few weeks, The protector did what it was supposed to do, the glass remained intact. And we received a replacement.

Protected screen from cracking and chipping. Took it to best buy and replaced for free! Definitely worth it

This is the second protector I've bought for the same phone. I had the first one for about a year before it cracked in the corner too much to keep using it. It protected my phone very well from many drops that I am sure would have shattered my phone's screen had I not had the protector. I will always buy Zagg for my phones.

i recommend everyone buy screen protector at best buy bc they do replace it free of charge, its worth the initial investment..i never had a protector on my phone.. i know imagine that..but now that i do im actually shocked how it doesn't get scratched by your keys and other things in pocket or purse. great buy. and it stays on

I’ve used zagg on my phones for years now and they’ve never let me down. While I have cracked these, the cracks never reached my actual phone screen which is awesome. They also offer a lifetime warranty. You just send your broken screen protector back and pay for shipping. They also make the new screen protectors very easy to apply to your phone.

I've always bought the ZAGG screen protector, never had issues with getting them replaced although when I bought my new iPhone was told just come into a Best Buy (rather then mailing back and forth), provide my information and they'll replace AND put it on, I've used this EXCELLENT feature once already; SO SIMPLE!!! I hope they continue this with ZAGG! Thanks Best Buy :)
