I had an issue with my screen protector and contacted the company and they shipped me out a new one, by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Would recommend

If my screen breaks, I can go back to best buy and have it replaced. Best buy has been the best when it comes to this product

While they now charge you for replacements, it is only 5 or 10 depending on the screen size. I generally replace every six to nine months but that means I'm not paying to have my screen replaced
