I got to the store at 6:25 & stood there for 20 min before a women asked me to sit down. Then she went on to help others. Isaac walked up & asked if there was a chance I would be able to get a new phone after waiting for so long. After being told ‘no’. I explained my situation & he continued to help me. I REALLY appreciated it. I needed my phone for work & family. He makes me want to come back for all purchases.. He was thorough in making sure everything transferred.

I was rather disappointed that the store was out of stock, they took my old screen protector that was on my phone and cracked and then told me to be careful not to drop my phone for 5 days while the new one would be mailed to me. Not sure why I couldn’t keep the old one on for added protection. It wasn’t horrible….I could still see my phone.
