Everything works except the Webroot protection software. IMac wouldn’t authorize the install - kept getting hung up. Cory accessed all the available help assets but to no avail. IMac issue. I understand the high virus protection already in Apple products means my iMac is secure, I will probably reschedule another Webroot install when there is a correction to this glitch since Webroot is part of my Geek Squad package.
