The waiting time to be assisted was much longer than I would have liked, but when I was assisted he was very helpful to let me know if it would for sure work for my particular phone type before I bought it. Which I thought was very helpful of him, and he also did a good job of putting it on my phone. It is very smooth and has kept my phone very safe thus far;

I love the cover, the only issue I have is that Best Buy no longer honors a warranty and will not fix it in the store anymore. I’ve always been able to just go into Best Buy and replace the cover there free of charge. Now I have to go to the actual company. Which means there’s a huge delay. And of course my phone fell recently and my cover cracked. But it did not damage my phone. Which is the reason I love these products. It’s just going through the actual company is a little bit more of a pain than I wanted to have. And it literally changed that last day that I was in there to buy this product in September. But anyway as I stated before it’s really a great cover for my iPhone. I’m very pleased with the product overall.
