Been using Zaggs for years. Now my family members are becoming fans of Zaggs. Mail ordered this for another family member. They went to Best Buy in Aiea to have this screen protector installed. I told them the Geek Squad will install it perfectly. They both walked out happy tonight. Thank you Best Buy and Geek Squad! Customer service also is tops there. I highly recommend getting the Zaggs tempered glass screen protector from Best Buy.

So far this has been very good protection. No chips or cracks yet. I love that Best Buy has service agreement for Zagg Invisible Shield!

I always get a ZAGG Screen protector for my Apple iPhones. I have never had a bad experience with protection or scratches. I have dropped my phone and my cats have clawed on my phone, but no breakage and not a scratch. I can't rate it on how easy or difficult it is to put the shield on because I have someone at the BestBuy counter put the shield on. I pay a little extra, but this way, if they don't get it on right the first time, they don't charge me to put another new shield on.

I had previously purchased two other screen covers for my iPhone. When I was at Best Buy I inquired and my Geek Squad rep recommended this cover. Great idea! It was half the cost of the others and she said if there is ever a problem with the product, Best Buy would replace it on the spot. No need to send cover back and wait for a replacement. She also told me not to put my phone in my pocket for at least an hour so it could dry. Excellent idea!

So here's the thing. The replacement program for these at bestbuy is great!!! The screen protector however I am not too sure about. Don't get me wrong, I have not had a broken screen since putting the screen protector on but I have had to replace that about 3 times already. They tend to crack at the slightest drop or spill. With that said though never and I mean never has my screen been damaged once even if the screen protector cracks a few more times after the initial one. I don't get any shards, or anything and the phone is fully functionally until I can get it replaced. I just think they crack to easily. It's better they crack than my screen though for sure.

I have had my phone with this same screen protector for 3 years - finally ended up with a cracked in it protector. Because it was such a good one I choose to purchase the same one to replace the initial one. Would do it again if I needed to.

I bought many zag screen protector I bought one for my self for my iPhone 11 Pro I bought one for my dad 11 pro max which he needs a Zagg screen protector let me tell you if you have Someone who is not the greatest with there phones and drops them in water or toilet or down stairs I would recommend this screen protector it is the best screen protector ever I even bought one for my mom and my boyfriend and he is bad with his screen protector recommend this screen protector it’s also life time warranty

Fair easy to install. Unfortunately I dropped my phone on a table face down a week later. The protector cracked but not the screen.
