I bought this same brand of screen protector from Zagg for my Pixel 7 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, and iPhone 13. Now with the iPhone 11 its different. After only two weeks its all scratched up. I would recommend something at a higher tier if you want to go with Zagg. This one I can't in good conscience recommend.

That will replace the glass if it breaks but not the phone. The pictures speak for themselves

I sure am glad this comes with a warranty. I purchased this glass screen protector for my iPhone 11 exactly a week ago and it is already cracked. I haven’t dropped my phone at all. I don’t have any clue how this has happened. It’s okay I guess because I know it can be replaced for free, but it’s inconvenient that I will have to take the time out of my day to go get it replaced.

Application was so easy, the protector was very clear and responsive, however after clumsily dropping it into the trunk of my car it cracked. I was kind of frustrated how it cracked so easily especially with all its claims of protection. The phone was safe but it shouldn’t of cracked with minimal impact.

Not a fan. When my phone is face down on the arm of our leather sofa it slides right off. This never happened with my previous protector. The rep also didn’t get all the bubbles out and on one corner it’s lifting.

Lifetime warranty, check. It will crack but it will protect your screen. My problem isn't with the product per se, my problem is with Best Buy now charging a fee to install the warranted replacement!!!!!

The protector works as intended. The downside is you'll replace it about every month. All 4 of us (wife and kids) end up needing a new screen within a month. I don't see how they can make money. Latest trek last Saturday into BestBuy to get a new screen resulted in needing another one by Wednesday and I hadn't even dropped it or set it down hard. The only saving grace is the warranty but having to stop by the store once a month is getting to be not worth the hassle. Never had a screen protector on our 3/3s/5/5s/6s have any issues. Only had to replace one of those models once because I did drop it.

Two months in and my screen protector cracked. Reached out to Zagg online and had it replaced under warranty for $20… so definitely NOT free. That’s where the issues began. They sent the wrong screen, it arrived late and was cracked. No big deal. Mistakes happen. Then I called Zagg and spoke to Thom — arguably the rudest customer service representative ever. He insisted there is no way it was cracked … keeping in mind screens ship in flat cardboard envelopes via fedex. Then he argued it was the right screen when clearly it was not. When I asked for a replacement screen to be sent he rudely said “No” and then laughed. I asked for a refund and again got told no. So morale of the story is if you are okay dealing with Zagg’s non-existent warranty then it might be an option.

The fit was perfect and installation was easy and straight forward. However it broke on the first day and I’m not really sure how.

Poor quality. Cracked within 2 weeks of getting it. Hopefully Best buy honors the warranty.

Been purchasing Zagg products for many years with no problems. However, I purchased two screen protectors for my girlfriend’s phone, and both failed. The first one wouldn’t adhere to her phone without bubbling up in many places. Purchased a second one and it cracked after only 2 weeks, without the phone being dropped or hit against anything. It just cracked by setting the phone down on a desk!! Will look into a different brand to replace this second one. Very disappointing, and frustrating!

Curbside purchase through Best Buy could not have gone smoother. Easy and conveinieit. As for the screen protect, instructions and installation were easy. However, after 3 weeks, the screen is already raising off the screen and starting to peel off. I followed all the installation instruction instructions to the letter, so I don't know what is wrong. Good thing this isn't an expensive item to replace, but even the one on my old IPhone 8 lasted over 3 years without an issue.

Two new iphone 11's and one of the screen covers doesn't seal completely along the edge. The other I put on the phone and have an otter box case on it. I accidentally dropped it from my pocket in the yard on grass and the glass protector cracked?!? Not very durable glass being my last protector flew off my hood of the truck at 45 mph and never broke, nor did the phone. I did however purchase another one to give it a second shot, only time will tell.

I could’ve purchased cheaper on Amazon but made store purchase for convenience on new iphone. Holds up-2 years later after many drops. The store personnel didn’t place on well, soon after the protector bubbled up. Application was only complaint.

This thing is really expensive for a piece of plastic. Seems like a must for kids phones. Maybe answer is don't get kid's phones.

I have been a big fan of Zagg screen protectors, but this one does not adhere in the edges. After a few days, all but the upper right finally sealed, but the upper right is still not perfectly tight to the glass.

unfortunately, I got a notice to review this item the day I realized it was cracked. so it lasted about a week however, it to protect my phone from cracking so there’s still that.

Installation instructions were easy to follow after I watched a YouTube video. Went on the screen perfectly without any bubbles. However, when it slipped out of my hand a few days later the screen protector cracked. Not durable at all.
