Accept that you will have bubbles under the glass

I'd give this product 5 stars if they could make it bubble-free. I keep buying Zagg because the protection the glass layer provides is top-notch. But the bubbles DRIVE ME CRAZY.

The Airpods were working, but the recharging case was not. When we purchased the Airpods we bought the "extended warranty" too. To say the experience with Best Buy since 11/7/21 was painful, is an understatement. It was incredibly difficult to get any response or update on the item. We just got the case back today, 11/19/21, after many calls to the call center service line and many trips to the actual Best Buy. If your goal is to frustrate customers you have thoroughly succeeded with this customer … and I'm a very easy to please customer. Best Buy MUST figure out a way to provide better service. We ( your customers) spend way to much money on the products you sell … we just deserve it. Also, the call center that you have hired to take service calls does not know what is going on. Each time we would call them to get an update on our item, it would be different than the information we received when we went up to our local Best Buy. This just isn't acceptable. Please do better. I don't want to buy all of our items online.
