Great Screen Protector and great installation

I was sold a plastic one by mistake so it was replaced by the right one of tempered glass! The Geek squad really helped me by installing the correct one after they realized the mistake. Great job...Thank you.

I would pass on this one

I thought it was my phone screen cracked but it was actually the screen protector that was cracked. I never dropped the phone or anything for the screen protector to crack like that. It looks really bad and actually looks like the screen is cracked. It’s a waste of money if you ask me.

Do NOT Buy!

Bought this item on 12/31/24. While sitting down I dropped my phone and the screen protector and the screen cracked. I contacted Best Buy online chat as I'm a My Best Buy Total member. They made it seem that Best Buy would cover the issue, so I went to Best Buy and the store supervisor said they can't do anything and I would have to contact ZAGG.

Inferior product

The original screen shield lasted almost 2 years without a crack (and had a very obvious cause when it did). Best Buy required us to replace with this product on 3 family phones - and all three now have cracks again, with much less apparent causes - within weeks. Truly appears to be inferior to what they were using before.
