Then went and found a replacement and took it over to the Geek Squad to have it installed. 15 minutes, tops. Thanks.

Cracked within a week!

Looked perfect. However, a week into owning it, with no drops or bangs, it is cracked! Best Buy said “sorry, did you buy a protection plan?” I did not, so they would do nothing! So off to the mall to a Zagg kiosk to get it replaced for another $10.

Disappointed

I have purchased ZAGG products in the past and have had good luck. This glass screen protector cracked within days of it being on my phone. I was very shocked, as there was no hard impact or fall to create such a crack. ZAGG screen protectors have a limited warranty so I was able to get a free replacement, besides paying the shipping cost of $10.00. A couple of days after applying the replacement, I noticed a chip in the screen protector, again there was no drop or any kind of hard impact. I don’t believe this is a very durable or hardy screen protector. I wish I could have given a 5 star review.

Really Really Needed This!

As it was an iPhone 7, had to count on the staff to help out. Original box had been opened (from the bottom leaving the seal intact -- so make sure that the product is in there!!!!

After trying some other stores, we found the one we needed at Best Buy and the sales person installed it for us. Looks great!
