The protective shield I purchased did not adhere correctly. So we came back and had it replaced. This shield did not adhere either. I do not live close to Best Buy so I have to drive a long way to have it replaced. Disappointed

not so good cracked after 2 days thought it might be a little tougher

I had it for about a week and crack in several places.

Not reliable installation and bubbles on most attempts.

screen not as sensitive to my touch ...... and so life goes on, seems no matter what i type i still need to enter my comments, so i continue to write so i can send my review:)

The product speaks mostly for itself. The quality part of the purchase was the quality of the installation on my phone and the exceptional service I received.

Works good for first week or so but cracked anyways

As screen protectors go, you would like to think they are all the same. In my experience, they are NOT. After making the mistake of trying another brand of glass protector, my poor iPhone paid the price. Never again. #zaggforever

This is ok. I already have a deep scratch and it hold finger prints pretty good!

It was only on for a week and s as already has 2 cracks in it.

Best buy is always willing to help me out to get the protection I need. They make it so easy to get the right product and install it. I go to best buy for all my electronic needs.

Works well and with the lifetime guarantee, it’s worth the price. Just walk into any best buy and show your receipt (i keep mine saved in my inbox) and they will replace it, no questions asked.

Screen protector cracked twice the first week. (And no it was not dropped). I bought it because of the lifetime replacement during COVID-19 so I had to make an appointment to be in the store. The associate at the time said they would replace it for cracks anytime. I was very specific when I asked if they would put the protector on and he assured me they would. The convenience of me not having to do it myself was worth it! I made another appointment for 2 things one being the cracked screen and the nice gentleman said he was not allowed to touch my phone because it wasn’t new. All he could do was take my protector off and give me a new one to put on myself. I could’ve paid 1/8 the price on amazon if I knew I’d have to change it myself with the convenience of not needing an appointment. Very disappointed in the cheap quality and inconvenience.

It did not fit on I phone 12 installed by geek squad told me I could return I phone but there would be a 10 % restocking fee so kept newly purchased I phone 12that had a dead battery caused me to mis work

Seems to be solid so far. Could be just a little bigger to cover the edges of screen.

This is not a good screen protector, dropped phone once and cracked right up the middle of phone. I have bought cheaper screen protectors such as black web from Walmart and had better long lasting protection.

I guess it’s an ok screen protector. Don’t know if I would recommend.
