Free replacement

The screen looks great and stays looking good even after it falls less than 3 feet and spiderwebs. The screen never lost its sensitivity to touch even after it spiderwebbed. Got it on Wednesday, had to replace it Saturday, dropped it Tuesday and needs to be replaced but I don’t feel like driving the 30 min to Best Buy again right now so I’ll live with it being cracked

Possible faulty shield

Terrible product and service

The product collected numerous cracks and pits over its first six months of use, and finally came off after 8 months. I look into the warranty, and they would basically charge me the same price as the original unit for a replacement. Avoid this company and its products at all costs!
