If i didn't have the protection plan i wouldn't buy this brand but if it gets replaced for free does it really matter? Why spend more on something that possibly will break just as easily

I paid $15.99 plus tax for mine, which was $5.00 off so it's normally $20 plus tax, and it cracked the next day when I dropped the phone, which was my bad. That said, it took me three days to reach someone at Zagg, and the "shipping" for your replacement is (lowest level) $7.99! That's nearly half of what I paid for the thing. Nope, not today people. I'm gonna try and get a full refund at Best Buy or just suck it up to experience.
