    The screen protector cracked within one week of having it. I had not dropped the phone. They will replace it but you pay for shipping.

    I purchased a new iphone and wanted to protect my phone with a Otter Box case, and I was told that it would not protect my phone's screen. I asked what was the better or best protection, and was told this would do it. However, the screen is broken. Not sure what happened, but it did and I am not happy!!! Because of the restrictions, due to the Virus, I am unable to take it back to BestBuy. I want to either have it replaced or get something else.
