I purchased this screen protector a few months ago when I got a new phone. After a few weeks bubbles started to form. I got the item exchanged for a new one and now the same thing is starting to happen. I followed the directions exactly. It just seems like a bad product overall. Especially if it happened to two of them. Will not be purchasing the same item again.

Terrible! Expensive and didn’t last not even 1 week!!! The 4 edges started to lift and didn’t stick anymore. And all the dust and hand sanitizer I used to wipe my phone screens got in the under the screen protector and scratched my phone screen. Wasted my money, scratched my screen which I was trying to protect in first place. No more zagg!!!

The glass protector cracked within 2 weeks of purchase.

This screen protector wasn't what I thought it was going to be. After applying it & putting my phone in my Otter case a big bubble appeared on the left side of the screen protector & it doesn't go away. So, I would not recommend this product.

Disappointing when we got new phones the Best Buy rep said that these would prevent a screen from getting broken and that if the screen did break it was covered. Screen cracked but the zagg didn’t brought it back and all they did was replace the screen protector and said that the previous rep must have mis explained it.

They screen protector itself cost much less than this on amazon. They just convince you to buy it at this price because they offer free replacement but its just a joke. Its just a hook after that there are fees coming up to surprise you. The product it self is the cheapest screen protector on amazon. Read reviews online before you buy it

already an air bubble in the screen less than a month after buying it. The bubble is near the lower part of the screen above the charging port. It works fine just odd seeing how I have never had this happen when I buy the non-best buy screen protector. The only reason I got it this time was because they didn't have the other opinion

I would give 0 stars if I could. Screen cracked within one week after a 3 ft fall on a hardwood floor. ZAGG offers a warranty replacement but I have to pay atleast $8 for basic shipping. No thank you! Sub-standard product that does not deliver what it promises. Spend a few extra bucks and get a protector from your nearest Apple store.

Bought me a ph protection screen asking one of your employees if it s the right screen for my ph, she looked it up and said yes it would work, after getting home and putting it on it was too small... waste of money and time sickens me to lose money after asking for help and they telling me it can work

Yes, I’ve cracked it and Best Buy replaced it under guarantee. That’s the Best Part.
