With all the boasting on the product package, I was surprised to see that it cracked so soon. (3x shatter protection, extreme impact and scratch protection) It was installed buy the store. a bit pricey, but the store will replace it for free, so that is the only good thing right now. Hopefully the next one lasts longer!!

Second one buying. Wife keeps dropping her phone...

I have had a few of these with older iphones and sadly 1-2 days after i put it on my phone, there was already a crack on the protector. Its the 3rd one in the past year. Not sure what to think of these screen protectors anymore-doubt it bad luck. The high end protector had the same issue when my mom used it for her xs max

It cracked pretty quickly and I’m not sure why. Overall it’s pretty decent.

Three hair line cracks on the protective glass within days. Asked the associate for a tempered glass screen protector. She handed me this, no where labeled “tempered”. Gave it a try because the box said something about 4x stronger. Comes with some kind of guarantee gave to use. Positive note: smudges do seem to wipe easily.

Somehow bubbles have shown up very easily. For as much as these cost, I’m disappointed.

Only one of the four corners stuck well. The other three have air bubbles under them.

I just recently got my screen protector and I already have some cracks on my screen.

Isaac was great. The new (second) screen saver is scratched already. No reason.

This screen protectors a joke. After less than a week it starts coming on the screen and yes I did drop the phone and the protector cracked but screen didn’t. I went to AT&T and bought their protector. Ironically the same drop I had with the one I had from the Best Buy purchase did not break

Screen cover appears to be hazy and dirty, even after cleaning.

They used to never break but now you have to keep on as long as you can stand seeing creaks

This product continually cracks and it’s so frustrating. On top of the that, though the replacement is “free” they charge you $8 for shipping. I have definitely come to the conclusion that this product is not any different then any of the knock off product on Amazon.

This item was $20. Plus tax and the day after I put it on my phone it cracked . No reason FOR it to but there you are ... I wanted to return it but some family member threw away the packaging I had set aside . I just left it on my phone anyway cracked and looking crazy . Next time $5. Below I’ll pick one up ... ugh !!!

Got a scratch 2 days after on the protector, and I tried to go back to the store to have them replace it and one of the gentleman said it would be 20 minutes wait time, and I said okay that’s fine, an hour and a half later I’m still waiting and left the store. I guess being a Best Buy elite + member doesn’t matter.
